Project Description:

The project is used as a plastic factory workshop, located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Project size 3006 sqm. Adopted portal frame steel structure type, the workshop has been installed successfully.

Total area: 130m(Length)X40m(Width)X10m(Eave height), 5200sqm.

Wind load: 25m/s; Earthquake grade: 6 degrees.

Main Steel Structure Part: Welded H steel columns and beams are painted, other sub-members are 100% galvanized steel with Q345B materials.

Roof & Wall Purlin: Hot-dip galvanized steel C section steel with Q235B materials.

Workshop Cladding System:

Roof material: 0.5mm V-960 type ocean blue cladding sheet.

Wall material: 0.5mm V-840 type white grey cladding sheet.

Doors & Windows: Rolling doors, 4.5m*4.5m, 6 pieces. Up skylights windows, down sliding PVC-steel windows.

Cranes: 10-ton overhead cranes, 2 pieces.
